Your work is yours.

Here’s what stays on your Mac, and what connects to the internet.

Your files

Rasterloom stores projects, moodboards, recovery copies and its asset library locally. Normal image editing does not require a cloud service. You choose which files and folders Rasterloom can access.

Anonymous diagnostics

Diagnostics are enabled by default. TelemetryDeck receives basic activity and feature-use events, operation outcomes, app/macOS versions, device information and an anonymous installation identifier. That identifier represents an installation, not a named account.

Diagnostic payloads never include document contents, images, filenames, paths, saved links or raw error messages. They use fixed categories and coarse count ranges.

Turn off Share anonymous diagnostics in Settings → General → Privacy to stop sending and discard pending signals. This does not recall signals already received. Debug builds use Test Mode, separate from normal usage reporting. See TelemetryDeck’s privacy policy for its handling of data.

Optional local analysis

Image descriptions and tag suggestions run on your Mac after you explicitly download a model. Downloading a model connects to its hosting service; local image analysis does not upload your images to that service.

Links, updates and connected tools

Adding a website reference can contact that website to fetch and cache its preview. Your Mac contacts the GitHub-hosted Rasterloom feed when checking for updates. Automatic checks can be disabled in Settings.

If you connect an assistant through MCP, document information requested by that client can be passed to it. Connect only clients you trust; their own data-handling policies apply.

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to send. Please don’t include private project files unless they’re needed and you have permission to share them.
