Report an issue
Include your Rasterloom version, macOS version, Mac model and the shortest steps that reproduce the problem. An error message or screenshot helps. Please remove private content first.
Format support
Some PSD, SVG and PDF content requires raster fallbacks or isn’t supported. Review the format boundaries and release notes.
App updates
Open Rasterloom → Check for Updates. You can also manage automatic checks in Settings → General.

Turn off Share anonymous diagnostics in Settings → General → Privacy. Here’s what it collects.
