Create on the canvas
- Generate images with Apple Image Playground on supported Macs. Apple Intelligence must be enabled; availability depends on your macOS version, language and region. Third-party generation providers are not offered.
- The Create panel brings image generation, mesh gradients, device mockups and blank layers together above the canvas.
- Search and filter library assets from the canvas, then insert the original artwork as an undoable layer.
Clearer tools and panels
- Brush and Eraser have separate toolbar icons and favorites, with their existing B and E shortcuts.
- Layer actions remain compact icons, separate from creation tools.
- Panel headers share aligned dividers. The selected artwork name stays in Properties.
- Resize dividers highlight blue on hover and drag, are easier to grab, and reset to their default width on double-click.
Requirements: Apple silicon and macOS 15 or later.
